About Us

Welcome to the Engineering Society!

Our aim is to provide students with the opportunity to get involved with engineering in a broader sense than just turning up to lectures. In effect acting as the SU extension to the engineering faculty which is entirely run by students.

We are hoping to organise events including industry trips, talks and other projects.

The society is open to all students so contact us if you have any requests, queries or would just like to be added to the e-mailing list.

Memberships

Membership Type Price Description
Standard Year Membership £1 This membership is for people who want to join the society for the entire year!
Standard Term Membership £1 This is the standard membership but only for a term! This is for people who just want to try the society without commiting.
Associate Membership £15 This membership is for people who have graduated from Solent but would still like to take part in the society.
